Investment protection on FEZ Gomel-Raton territory is guaranteed by international agreements of the Republic of Belarus, Law of the Republic of Belarus “On Free Economic Zones” and Investment Code of the Republic of Belarus.

Law of the Republic of Belarus On Free Economic Zones December 7, 1998

Investor has the right to command independently by the income that he has got at the result of the investment activity realization as well as to realize the reinvestment on the territory of the Republic of Belarus in accordance with the legislation acts of the Republic of Belarus.

Foreign investor is guaranteed, after tax and other compulsory payments established by legislative acts of the Republic of Belarus, free transfer of profit (income) earned on the territory of the Republic of Belarus as a result of investment activity realization.

The state guarantees investment protection in accordance with legislative acts of the Republic of Belarus.

Investments shall not be nationalized, brought into requisition free of charge as well as the measures equal to the said ones by consequences shall not be taken.
