In accordanhce with article 12 of the Law of the Republic of Belarus On Free Economic Zones FEZ Administration has the right to perform state registration of all economic entities in FEZ except banks and insurance organizations.

2.	To define the location of entrepreneurial entity being newly created on FEZ territory.

- To develop constituent documents of a legal person being newly created. - To prepare other documents necessary for registration of a legal person being newly cretaed: Founder resolution or minutes of founders meeting (for commercial organizations with foreign assets) Documents containing data about founders (for commercial organizations with foreign assets) - Money must be paid by founders for the authorized fund formation.

Minimum volume of authorized fund for legal persons of the Republic of Belarus is established in the amount equivalent to:

EUR75	for peasant (farmer) households
EUR200	for additional liability companies, economic associations, production cooperatives, agricultural production cooperatives included, and fiscal enterprises
EUR400	for unitary enterprises based on the right of economic activity
EUR800	for limited liability companies
EUR1500	for private joint-stock companies
EUR6250	for public joint-stock companies

Minimum volumes of authorized funds of profit organizations are defined in BYB by the official rate of BYB to EUR established by the National Bank on the 1st of the month in which the constituent documents (changes and (or) supplements, connected with volume of authorized fund changes) are submitted to the registration body.


If a profit organization indicated one of the types of production activity in its constituent documents it has the right to form an authorized fund in the volume not less than 50% of the minimum volume of the authorized fund established for profit organization of the corresponding organizational and legal form.

for profit organizations with foreign investment

Authorized fund of profit organizations with foreign investment must be declared in USD. Minimum volume of foreign investment into the authorized fund of the organization is defined in the amount equivalent to USD20000.

Legal entity with the share of foreign investments in the authorized fund not less than USD 20 thousand aiming at profit making as the main objective of its activity and/or distributing the earned profit among its participants is acknowledged as commercial organization with foreign investments.

In case it's necessary to convert investment in the units of money of the Republic of Belarus or in foreign currency to USD currency rate is used which is established by the National Bank of the Republic of Belarus on the day of the contract signing on profit organization with foreign investment foundation.

4.	To pay registration fee for state registration

Profit organizations being founded (reorganized) - in the amount equivalent to EUR60.

Changes in and supplements to the constituent documents of profit organizations - in the amount equivalent to EUR15.

Non-profit organizations being founded (reorganized) - in the amount equivalent to EUR6.

Changes in and supplements to the constituent documents of non-profit organizations - in the amount equivalent to EUR3.

Individual entrepreneurs as well as changes in the certificates of their state registration which entail new certificates issue - in the amount equivalent to EUR6.

Supplements to the certificates of state registration of individual entrepreneurs - in the amount equivalent to EUR3.

Profit organizations being created (reorganized) which will employ students, profit organizations in which the number of founders (participants)- disabled persons exceeds 50%, profit organizations created by organizations of veterans, by associations of disabled persons as well as agricultural production cooperatives, peasant (farmer) households - in the amount equivalent to EUR9.
