Registration as a FEZ Gomel-Raton resident is performed by Administration on the basis of the decision of Committee on Enhancement of Economy Competitiveness created by the Decree of the Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus of March 20/2003 #382 “On approval of FEZ Gomel-Raton Administration propositions on legal persons and individual businessmen registration as FEZ residents for the period of validity of the Contract on the terms of activity in FEZ Gomel-Raton”.

Authorized fund minimum size for legal persons is	USD20000
The technological equipment bought for the investment project realization must not be older than 5 years from its output	not less than 90%
Total investments volume on an investment project	not less than 1 mln. Euro

Competition Committee considered the submitted investment project, it gives the entrepreneurial entity the right to register as a FEZ resident or it rejects it in this right.

Legal and natural persons of the Republic of Belarus, foreign legal and natural persons submit the following documents to FEZ Gomel-Raton Administration for consideration the question of registration as a FEZ resident.

Application on participation in the competition

Legal persons, residents of the Republic of Belarus - notarized copies of the constituent documents and certificates of state registration

Natural persons, residents of the Republic of Belarus - passport xerocopy

Legal persons, non-residents of the Republic of Belarus - legalized extract from the trade register of the country of origin or other equivalent proof of the legal status with the translation into Russian and notarized certification of the translator's signature. Legalized extract must be done not later than one year before the documents submission.

Natural persons, non-residents of the Republic of Belarus - passport xerocopy with the translation into Russian and notarized certifictaion of the translator's signature.

Annotation on the investment project for the projects which foresee export delivery of products, works (services).

Documents confirming a pretender's possibility to locate within FEZ

If necessary FEZ Gomel-Raton Administration has the right to inquire additional documents connected with their activity and evaluation of the investment project being planned for realization.

Registration as a FEZ resident is charged in the amount of 50 basic units (Law of the Republic of Belarus about State taxes Apx. #9. Dated December 26/2007 #301-3). 1 basic unit = BR35000.

Documents are submitted to Department of Investment & Finance/Economic Activity of FEZ Administration. The period of the package of documents consideration is not more than 14 days from the moment of documents receipt.
