Under the Decree of the President of the Republic of Belarus № 262 of June 9, 2005 FEZ Gomel-Raton comprises the territory of 3722 hectars.
There are vacant production premises, warehouses and offices within FEZ territory which are equipped with engineer and technical communications, thermal and energy resources. Production premises can be given on rent and they can also be bought into property for investment projects realisation.
Within the borders of FEZ all the procedures of giving on rent and buying into property of production premises are significantly simplified for the investors.
