Under the Edict of the President of the Republic of Belarus № 392 of July 29, 2009 "On changes in the Edict of the President of the Republic of Belarus № 93 of March 2, 1998" FEZ Gomel-Raton territiry amounts 5302,8 hectares and situated not only in Gomel, not only in Gomel but beyond the bounds of the city. There are vacant production premises, warehouses and offices within FEZ territory which are equipped with engineer and technical communications, thermal and energy resources. Production premises can be given on rent and they can also be bought into property for investment projects realisation. Within the borders of FEZ all the procedures of giving on rent and buying into property of production premises are significantly simplified for the investors.
FEZ GOMEL-RATON TERRITORY
 Plot 1 - 3152 ha in northern part of Gomel.
Plot 2 - 442 ha in Gomel:
Plot 6 - 322,68 ha western part of Gomel.
Plot 8 - 18,61 ha in central part of Gomel.
Plot 9 - 8,34 ha in central part of Gomel.
Plot 3 - 128 ha in southern part of Gomel.
Plot 4 - 624,3918 ha on the territory of Industrial Estate "Michalki" (Mozyr, Gomel region).
 Plot 5 - 217,4565 ha in Rechitsa, Gomel region.
 Plot 7 - 389,3058 ha near settlement Zyabrovka, Gomel region.
