Advantageous geographic situation of the city is not the only one merit for FEZ location here. FEZ's site selection appeared to be rather successful. It comprises the Northern production district of the city with the adjacent land plots of Gomel region.

There are vacant production premises, warehouses and offices within FEZ territory which are equipped with engineer and technical communications, thermal and energy resources. There are specialized warehouses.

Production premises and land plots can be given on rent to FEZ residents.

Rental fee is as follows:

production premises and warehouses - EUR2,5 per square meter per month;

mixed premises - EUR4 per square meter per month;

offices - EUR6 per square meter per month.

Rental fee for land amounts to USD3200 per one hectare per year. Production premises can be bought into property for investment project realization.
