There are vacant production premises, warehouses and offices within FEZ territory which are equipped with engineer and technical communications, thermal and energy resources. There are specialized warehouses.

Production premises and land plots can be given on rent to FEZ residents.

Rental fee for production premises, warehouses and offices depends on the basic amount fixed on the day of the lease contract signing.
Production premises can be bought into property for investment project realization.

Rental fee for land depends on the cadastre cost of land plot according to its functional purpose and appointed multiplier.
